Title: Seat Assignment: Open
Author: [livejournal.com profile] saki101
Characters/Pairings: Gregory Lestrade/Mycroft Holmes, OCs, cameos
Rating: R-ish
Genre: Slash, romance, AU
Word Count: ~4K
Disclaimer: Neither Sherlock nor Cabin Pressure are mine and no money is being made.
Summary: During the Hiatus, Greg’s and Mycroft’s interest in one another develops beyond the professional.
A/N: Not Series 3 compliant. Written for Let's Write Sherlock Challenge 13-Vacation Getaway. Although the story may be read alone, the theme of the challenge prompted me to write another story in the Mystrade series which, more or less, began with an earlier holiday in We Are Sorry For Any Inconvenience.

Excerpt: Nine days of leisure stretched before Greg. He hadn’t a reservation or a plan for a single hour of it. He’d received a few winks and nudges when he’d said he hadn’t booked anything. A week in bed with a like-minded partner would have been an excellent way to spend the time, but he didn’t have that lined up either. He pushed a certain thought away as he slipped between the tourists and commuters and continued east along the Embankment.

Title: The Wedding Toast
Author: PipMer
Status of Work: Complete
Characters: John Watson, Sherlock Holmes, Mike Stamford, Mary Morstan, Molly Hooper, Greg Lestrade, Mrs Hudson, Mycroft Holmes
Word Count: 1540
Category: Friendship, Fluff, Humour, Wedding Toast, Series 3 Speculation, Bromance
Warnings: None

Summary: “I know that tradition states that this is the point where the best man would give a speech and a toast. But since my best man would undoubtedly be prone to a self-indulgent, rambling monologue that would be rife with veiled insults directed at the entire wedding party, I thought I’d change things up a bit.”

John gives a toast at his own wedding.

A/N: I don't think this is really spoilery for series 3; it's just speculation based on what happened in ACD canon and applying it to what I think is likely to happen in upcoming episodes.

Title:  I'll be Holmes for Christmas (or Checkmate, Brother)

Characters:  John, Sherlock, Mycroft, Mummy
Pairing:  Sherlock/John
Rating:  Teen
Genre:  Humour, Angst, Friendship, Romance, Pre-Slash, Prompt Fic
Warnings:  None
Word Count:  8,861

Summary:  The Holmes brothers' rivalry continues as Mycroft manipulates and Sherlock schemes.  The result?  Christmas Dinner, Mummy, and men in suits.  What more could one want?  Sequel to "A Chess Game Between Brothers."

Author's Notes:  This is in response to a prompt made on my tumblr by maladroitoracle  Any chance of you continuing that Sherlock Christmas fic? I love reading about Sherlock's mother but I'd be happy with anything you wrote!

The fic referred to in the prompt is here on LJ and here on AO3.    You probably should read that one first to know what's going on.  But not to worry, that one is nowhere near the monster that this one is.
