A/N: Written for a prompt from the sherlockbbc_fic meme which essentially said: Sherlock actually runs in "The Great Game." Also, let it be known that I owe all my worldly possessions to f_m_r_l , who deserves an award for being the World's Best Beta, because, honestly, the crap I made her put up with (on multiple occasions). [Seriously, there was color-coding. Enough said.] The point is: this wouldn't have happened without her help. ♥ Oh, and it's 3rd-person POV detailing what Sherlock's experiencing, but his actual (thoughts) are in parentheses and italics. So, here it is.
