Summary: Sherlock Holmes has spent over two hundred years on this earth, living a life where he didn't know (and frankly didn't care) whether he'd meet his soul mate or not. Once he stopped aging at the age of eighteen he worked tirelessly on his goal of becoming the best consulting detective in the world. Over the centuries, though, he developed a reputation...and fans. Fans which have plagued him over the years. And on the day that one fan in particular leaves his gruesome calling card yet again, the unthinkable happens: he meets his soul mate in the basement of St. Barts, a supposedly meek and unassuming woman named Molly Hooper. Knowing that this is the start of the end of his functional immortality, Sherlock races to stop a killer while convincing his soul mate he isn't the biggest arsehole in the whole of London. Hopefully it will all work out in the end.
Authors Notes: Written for the 2015 Sherlolly Big Bang Challenge. This is a historical AU/soul mate AU fusion thing and involves the idea that people stop aging when they turn eighteen until they meet their soul mate. Sherlock was born in the Regency Era and didn’t meet Molly until 2008, which is when this fic takes place, so he’s had a sort of functional immortality that’s kept him alive for over two hundred years. Just be aware this is a complete 22K word long story, so it is a bit of a read.

Title: Grain Of Sand In An Hourglass
Author: Ragna ([livejournal.com profile] scandalbaby)
Characters/Pairings: Sherlock Holmes/Molly Hooper, OMC & OFCs
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Molly had vowed never to give her heart away, never to fall in love with a mortal. Having seen what it had done to her mother for the last two thousand or so years, she had no desire to go through the pain herself of loving someone and watching them grow old and die while she stayed young and unaging. That is, until the day she met Sherlock Holmes. And then she didn't want anything more in the world.
Warnings: Character death
Authors Notes: Written for the 2015 Sherlolly Big Bang Challenge. Inspired by the comic book series “The Sandman” by Neil Gaiman. In this story Molly is the daughter of the anthropomorphic personification of death and is immortal and unaging. This is a 20K word story and is complete, so keep that in mind.
